A quality powder coated product is only as good as its preparation. Knowing the critical nature of preparation of substrate, we utilize 5-stage automated preparation system to completely prep the product prior to coating. Our iron phosphating pretreatment process assures the best condition possible for a strong and durable bond with the substrate.
To ensure consistency of the end product, while minimizing material costs, we utilize a combination of programmable robotic powder applicators, along with an integrated multi-cyclone recovery system in our paint reclaim process that provides power utilization of up to 90%.
Incorporating our fully automated systems we are able to process high volumes of items in sizes up to 10’x3.5’x6’ with constant speeds and consistent quality. We also have a large batch system that can accommodate assemblies up to 10'x10'x22' in size.
